How the lights stay on
Affiliate Disclosure
Effective July 13, 2026
As an Amazon Associate, Neon Atlas earns from qualifying purchases.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission from the retailer. The price you pay is exactly the same either way; the commission comes out of the retailer's side, not yours.
Where you'll see them
Mostly in launch-prep contexts: storage expansion drives, capture gear, controllers, gift cards, and similar hardware mentioned in our guides. Pages containing affiliate links carry a short disclosure near the links themselves in addition to this page.
Our editorial rules
Three commitments, and you're welcome to hold us to them. First, no retailer or brand decides what we write, and nobody pays for coverage or placement in our guides. Second, we only link products genuinely relevant to the guide you're reading; we will never recommend something we wouldn't tell a friend to buy. Third, facts come first. If the honest answer is "you don't need to buy anything," that's what the guide says.
Other income
The site may also display advertising and offers optional paid features (such as premium map access). None of these change the editorial rules above. If our income sources change in a way that matters, this page changes with them.
